Solar_GUI: [Graphics user interface for Solar-PCE]
  1. Retains all the features of Solar-PCE in graphics form and adds a lot more.
  2. Filename can be specified before the experiment.
  3. Kinetic experiments can be run with specified time delay.
  4. Shutter can be controlled by manual-mode or auto-mode buttons.
  5. Automated Shutter Control opens shutter during experiments and then closes.
  6. Kinetic experiments can be run with all-time light exposure or minimum exposure.
  7. Checks the Electric Power supplied to the lamp and warns if it is low/unknown.
  8. PowerSupply to the Lamp can be changed/verified by the program.
